We repair Allen-Bradley PanelView 600 HMI that was not booting and had touchscreen problems. Testing highlighted defective flash ICs, regulator faults, and capacitor issues. These prevented proper functioning of the HMI. Our engineers replaced the faulty components and corrected the circuits. After careful repair, the unit was tested under industrial conditions. The HMI then worked with stable and smooth performance.
