We repair Allen-Bradley PanelView Plus 1000 that suffered from booting issues and unresponsive touchscreen. Our engineers carried out detailed analysis and found damaged flash ICs and regulator faults. These defects caused the system to fail during operation. We replaced the defective ICs and repaired the regulator circuit. After the repair, the HMI was thoroughly tested for performance and stability. The unit delivered reliable operation and was ready for use in automation systems.
