We repair Allen-Bradley PowerFlex 4M AC Drive that was not powering up and showed drive faults. Testing revealed regulator issues, IGBT faults, and capacitor failures. These caused motor operation problems. We repaired the circuits and replaced defective components. After repair, the drive was tested under industrial conditions. The unit performed reliably with stable motor control.
