We repair Yaskawa Drives CIMR-J7AA41P5 with drive trip, communication errors, and power faults. Diagnostics identified control PCB issues, power section faults, and feedback errors. These caused unstable motor operation. Micro-level repairs and replacements were carried out. After testing, the drive functioned reliably. The unit is suitable for industrial use.
