We repair Baumer Slipring Encoders (GI355.Z40) with signal loss and inaccurate feedback issues. Testing revealed sensor faults, slipring wear, and power circuit problems. These caused unstable output during machine operation. Micro-level repairs and component replacement were performed. After calibration and testing, the encoder worked accurately. The unit is suitable for industrial use.
