We carried out detailed testing of a Markem-Imaje Smartdate X60 HMI which was experiencing display malfunction and unstable operation. Through micro-level diagnosis we identified faulty ICs, damaged capacitors, and power regulation faults. After replacing defective parts and completing performance testing, the HMI regained stable performance and is now suitable for reliable industrial use.
