We repair TDK JBW05-3R0 SMPS units with output failure and regulation issues. Testing identified faulty switching devices, damaged ICs, and control circuit faults. These caused unstable power output. Micro-level repairs were completed. After testing, the SMPS operated reliably. The unit is suitable for industrial use.
