We repair Baumer Incremental Encoder (HOG9 DN 2048 I) that failed to give stable pulse output. Testing confirmed sensor faults, damaged capacitors, and IC issues. These faults disrupted speed and position feedback. We repaired the circuits and replaced faulty components with care. After repair, the encoder was tested on precision equipment. The unit delivered stable and accurate signals.
