We repair Hengstler Encoder (AC58I1213EK.42SNX: 6017) that showed incorrect pulse generation. Testing confirmed sensor element failure, damaged ICs, and capacitor faults. These affected accurate feedback in automation. We performed component replacement and carried out detailed circuit repairs. After calibration and testing, the encoder provided precise and stable output. The repaired unit was fit for reliable industrial applications.
