We repair Kubler Encoder (8.5020.0052.2500.S102) which failed to deliver proper pulse signals. Testing showed sensor faults, defective ICs, and regulator damage. These disturbed accuracy in machine operations. After precision repairs and part replacement, the encoder was tested multiple times. The unit then achieved reliable and stable functionality.
