We repair Leine Linde Encoder (Model: 703) that was not giving correct output signals. During testing, faulty ICs, sensor head issues, and power circuit faults were identified. These caused signal instability during machine operation. Our engineers repaired the unit at micro-level and replaced defective components. After completing calibration and testing, the encoder worked with high accuracy. The repaired unit was suitable for industrial use again.
