We repair Pilz Safety Relay PNOZ s50 that failed to perform safe brake control. Testing revealed regulator faults, capacitor problems, and IC issues. These prevented proper relay operation. We carried out component-level repairs and corrected the circuits. After repair, the relay was tested under company standards. The unit worked reliably with accurate safety functions.
